Terms and Conditions

  • The contract is made with a 50% down payment, 25% finishing payment after one and a half months, and 25% before delivery.

  • Delivery will not take place until the full contract amount is paid.

  • Prices include marble and accessories but do not include fabrics and leathers.

  • Prices include transportation, packaging, and installation within Cairo and Alexandria for orders worth  20,000 EGP and above.

  • For custom manufacturing requests, the contract cannot be modified after 3 days from its date (once manufacturing has started). In case of cancellation, 25% of the contract value will be deducted.

  • For contracts with special specifications, if the client wishes to cancel after 3 days, 50% of the contract value will be deducted. In the case of bank installment contracts, no modification or cancellation is allowed.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method and handed to the client personally at the branch after verifying identity.

  • Manufacturing time is 3 months from the date of contract payment. If the client requires a longer period, this must be communicated at the time of contracting.

  • The contract must include all required specifications, sample, and code, and must be reviewed and signed by the client. Any modifications requested after finishing will be charged extra fees.

  • No verbal modifications from the client are accepted; changes must be documented in writing in the contract through the branch.

  • Any allowed modifications to finishing or dimensions must be agreed upon at the time of contracting and are the responsibility of the client.

  • Suitability of the product for the client’s location in terms of dimensions and general taste is the client’s sole responsibility, since products are custom-made to the client’s specifications.

  • If the client requests a sample with special specifications, it will be made for an additional 200 EGP, and written approval must be signed before execution.

  • For items already on display and purchased directly, the contract cannot be canceled after 14 days. If received immediately, the client must sign a delivery acknowledgment confirming the product’s condition, and no returns will be accepted thereafter. If the client insists on returning due to unsuitability, the client will bear all transportation costs (round trip, calculated by distance) provided the product is in its original condition.

  • A delivery acknowledgment must be signed upon receiving the order. Any remarks must be reported immediately during delivery or within 24 hours only, to safeguard the client’s rights.

  • The company is not responsible for transport service if the delivery date is changed less than 24 hours before delivery; additional transport costs will apply.

  • During delivery, the client must ensure that stair width and entrance door width are suitable for the product’s size (this is confirmed before delivery). Delivery is available up to the third floor only; beyond that, the client must provide a crane.

  • Prices do not include costs of special handling equipment such as cranes, hand lifts, etc.; these must be arranged by the client.

  • Storage of the order after manufacturing is not allowed. If storage is required, storage fees (500 EGP per week) will apply.

  • If the client requires special packaging for storage, extra charges will apply, and this must be communicated before delivery.

  • Stainless steel, iron, and veneer (wood) should be cleaned only with a cotton cloth without chemicals.

  • Marble and natural stones used (sometimes as handles) are natural materials, and their colors and patterns cannot be controlled; they will depend on availability within the same category.
