Terms of Service
- Kindly note that the production time for this item is approximately 1–2 months.
- For fabric selection and further customization options, please contact us.
- The contract is made with a 50% down payment, 25% finishing payment after one and a half months, and 25% before delivery.
- Delivery will not take place until the full contract amount is paid.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas: We deliver within Egypt and offer international shipping to select locations. Additional fees may apply for international orders.
2. Free Delivery: Orders over 20,000 EGP qualify for free delivery within Egypt.
3. Shipping Timelines: Delivery times vary based on stock availability and customization requirements.
4. Inspection: Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
1. Accessories: Refundable within one week if unused and in original packaging.
2. Furniture: Non-refundable as all furniture is custom-made.
3. Damaged Items: Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
