- The contract is made with a 50% down payment, 25% finishing payment after one and a half months, and 25% before delivery.
- Delivery will not take place until the full contract amount is paid.

2. Free Delivery: Orders over 20,000 EGP qualify for free delivery within Egypt.

Refund Policy
1. Accessories: Refundable within one week if unused and in original packaging.
2. Furniture: Non-refundable as all furniture is custom-made.
3. Damaged Items: Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
